ESD Ltd was established in 2009, by Paul Guy, B.Eng. (Hons), C.Eng. MCIBSE, MSLL, MASHRAE. Paul started working in MEP Consultancy in 1987, gaining nearly 40 years of experience.
The company is currently involved in a multi-million-pound programme of Building Services Engineering projects worldwide.
Our project portfolio certainly demonstrates an expertise in all aspects of Residential, hospitality, commercial work, highly technical research and development facilities, in addition to retail and utilities.
All the company policies and procedures are ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management compliant. We currently have eleven team members whom are professionally qualified MEP Building Services Engineers, as well as BIM, BREEAM and LEED qualified members of staff who are supported by administrative staff.
