Engineering Systems Design Ltd was established in 2009, by Paul Guy, B.Eng, (Hons), C.Eng, MCIBSE, MSLL, MASHRAE. Paul started working in MEP Consultancy in 1987, gaining nearly 40 years experience of which 20 years experience in working on projects in the Caribbean region.
The company is currently involved in a multi-million-pound programme of Building Services Engineering projects worldwide including Anguilla, Barbados, Grenada, St Vincent and Grenadines’, Turks and Caicos Islands and throughout the UK.
Engineering Systems Design Ltd, is a Registered Chartered MEP Practice with The Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers. The company is the only Registered Chartered MEP Practice with offices in the Caribbean.
Our project portfolio certainly demonstrates an expertise in all aspects of Residential, Hospitality, Commercial work, highly technical research and development facilities, in addition to retail and utilities.
All the company policies and procedures are ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management compliant. We currently have fourteen team members who are professionally qualified MEP Building Services Engineers, as well as BIM, BREEAM and LEED qualified member of staff who are supported by administrative staff.
