Paul, is the founder of Engineering Systems Design Ltd, the company has been operating since 2009. Paul started working in MEP Consultancy in 1987, gaining nearly forty years of experience in the industry. Paul became a Chartered Engineer with CIBSE in 1999 at the age of 28. Paul has been working in the Turks & Caicos Island for the past 20 years and has extensive knowledge and expertise of the rules and regulations. His passions are for a sustainable and environmentally friendly built environment.

Chris has over forty years experience working in MEP Consultancy, he is a well respected Chartered Mechanical Engineer since 2003, he has worked on various projects within the UK recently the Broadgate in Leeds, retro fit out and Bolton School new Boiler replacements to a high efficiency multi module gas fired boiler arrangements.

Oliver is our Associate Director, with over 10 years experience working in MEP Consultancy, Oliver has been central to our journey. His personal responsibilities are to oversee and lead the Electrical design projects both in the Turks & Caicos and the UK. Oliver has the knowledge, understanding and experience in the environmental challenges and construction methods used in the sub-tropics. Oliver relishes the challenge of supporting and developing his team of Graduate engineers. Oliver has completed a B.Eng. (Hons) in Building Services and Sustainability Engineering.

Shelley, was a College Lecturer before working with the company, she is involved in all aspects of the consultancy and takes a lead in mentoring the Graduate staff and creating a family environment.

Naveed is our Graduate Electrical Engineer, who spent his formative years in Dhaka, his passion is creating elegant lighting designs. Naveed is very family orientated and helps to foster a strong team environment. Naveed has completed a BSc in Electrical and Electronical Engineering in Dhaka and a MSc in Renewable Energy at the University of Hull, UK.

Hammed is our, Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer following a successful career spanning more than twelve years in the Building Services MEP Consultancy and Contracting Industry. He has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in project management. He is registered member of Chartered Institution of Building Services (MCIBSE) and Incorporated Engineer (IEng) with the Engineering Council United Kingdom. He is also a registered member of Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

He has extensive experience in HVAC and Process piping for Cleanroom application and projects. Hammed brings expertise in MEP design and 3D modelling, Hammed has designed, supervised and commissioned many iconic commercial and residential projects both in the United Kingdom and Nigeria. Hammed is committed to professional excellence and career growth. He is passionate about sustainability, energy efficiency and low-to-zero carbon technologies.

Samuel is our Graduate Mechanical Engineer and has a keen interest in cooling and hot water. Sam brings perspective from other mechanical disciplines, having worked as a Design Engineer on London Underground maintenance equipment. Sam’s passion is in the design of systems which bring comfort to people’s homes and office spaces.

Emily, is our Junior Engineer and has a passion for Sustainable Engineering and is currently undertaking a five year degree apprenticeship of Building Services & Sustainable Engineering. Emily is currently working on a project for a data center, which is 980 M-squared, she is looking into all aspects of the Mechanical & Electrical Design, security, heating & cooling, drainage & solar powered, to say a few.
